GigaByte deletes customers’ RMA requests after customers ship the company their product

GigaByte is a public computer hardware company based in Taiwan. Its annual revenue is approximately $3 Billion. Some customers are complaining that GigaByte scams customers out of RMA requests. One customer started the RMA process and shipped GigaByte their graphics card. After that, the RMA was deleted and the customer was not able to contact anyone at the company regarding getting the replacement graphics card. Another customer had his RMA approved, but could not contact anyone at the company to fulfill the RMA request.
