Boost Mobile refuses refunds for returned or never received products

Customers report that Boost Mobile, an American cell-phone maker and virtual network operator owned by Dish Wireless, refuses to give refunds for returned or never received cellphones. Customers that have canceled orders report the company has not given a refund for a device that was never received

Boost states products may be returned within seven days of purchase. Still, customers report that Boost is not honoring that policy, even after making multiple calls, filing multiple cases, and providing documentation of the return.
