Frontpoint Security does not terminate contracts upon customer request.

Frontpoint Security Solutions, LLC is a home security company with over $50 Million in annual sales.   

Customers report that they continue to be charged after they cancel their contracts with the company. Customers also state the company only allows cancellation via telephone and report they continue to be charged while waiting months for the company to respond.  

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints regarding cancellation go unanswered, and due to the number of complaints being lodged by the BBB, only one out of every 10 complaints received is published. There are currently 678 complaints registered on the website.
