Due to the timing of customers’ Wyze Cams becoming non-operable as soon as the company rolled out the Wyze Cam Plus subscription service, customers believe the issues they are facing are specifically meant to force them to upgrade to the Wyze Cam Plus subscription service.
Wyze’s terms of service contain an arbitration provision that may be applicable to this potential claim.
