Playstation Gran Turismo 7 game reduced in-game payouts and falsely claims gamers can sell cars

Players of Playstation Grand Tourismo 7 state they are now being forced to make in-game purchases because of reduced in-game credits. The company also falsely advertised that gamers could sell cars in the game

Players complain they spent over $60 for a game that falsely advertises game capabilities, and, as a result, players are forced to spend more money on the game than they originally anticipated.

In 2018 the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint against Playstation that alleged a Gran Turismo Sport television advertisement misled purchasers regarding game limitations that an online connection and a subscription purchase were required to play the game. The ASA upheld that players should expect to play a majority of the game and its modes upon buying the disc.
